All items are posted using Royal Mail.

We offer two services;

1st class -  delivery aim one working day

2nd class - delivery aim two-three working days

 If in any circumstances a delivery should get misplaced, this will be claimed via the Royal Mail claims system

Our returns policy is 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened.

We try to take photos of our products in natural light, however due to variations in how different devices display we are unable to guarantee that colours will be exactly how you see them.

​

Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending, note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of the returns postage.
